Not so "TOP SECRET" Caesar Salad Dressing

OMG, this is the LAST Caesar Salad Dressing you will ever need in your life. I wrote it down from the Vancouver Sun recipe section oh, maybe 25 years ago. I'm not 100% sure, but I'm 99.9% sure that it said it was the Earls Caesar Salad recipe - and I can vouch that it tastes pretty freaking similar.

It's SOOOOO easy and incredibly sinfully delicious. It make a fairly large amount of dressing, so you can get at least 2 meals out of it- but I've also used it as a substitute for tomato sauce on pizza and oh my, is it ever good.

- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard

-1 egg
